Thank you for your interest in Little Gems Preschool. I look forward to meeting you and your child. During our meeting we will explore curriculum samples and go through our informative Parent Information Handbook to ensure our school can fulfill your educational and social expectations. At that time, you will receive:

• Parent Information Handbook
• Registration Form
• Release and Consent Form
• Child Immunization Form

To ensure your child's placement in our program;

• Keep the Parent Information Handbook
• Complete the Registration Form, the Consent and Release Form, and the Child Immunization Form.
• Submit a non-refundable $170 registration and supplies fee along with the completed forms to:

• Your child's placement is not guaranteed until you have received an acknowledgement of forms and registration receipt via e-mail.
